Terms of Service

Before you upload this page

Replace every bracketed field below with your real details — provider name, address, contact address and the country whose law applies. Delete this box afterwards. The page is not usable as long as the brackets are still in it.

1Who these terms are between

These terms govern the purchase and use of BlackSwipe (“the software”), supplied by [PROVIDER NAME], [STREET ADDRESS], [POSTCODE AND CITY], [COUNTRY], reachable at [CONTACT EMAIL] (“we”, “us”).

They apply to every licence bought through our store. By completing a purchase you accept them.

2What you are buying

You are buying a time-limited right to use the software. You are not buying the software itself, and no ownership or source code rights pass to you.

The software runs on Windows and drives an Android emulator (LDPlayer or BlueStacks 5) over ADB. It is sold as it is, with the features described on our site at the time of purchase.

3Licence terms and duration

Licences are sold for a fixed period: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, or as a lifetime licence. The period starts when the licence is first activated.

A lifetime licence means for as long as we keep the product running. It is tied to the lifetime of the software, not to yours, and it does not oblige us to maintain the product indefinitely.

4One device per licence

Each licence is valid for one Windows device at a time. The licence is bound to a machine identifier when it is activated.

You may run one instance of the software per licence. If you want to farm several accounts at once, you need one licence per instance.

5Activation and licence checks

Activation requires an internet connection. After that, the software contacts our licence server about every five minutes to confirm the licence is still valid. What exactly is transmitted is set out in our Privacy Policy.

During a short server outage the software keeps running on the last valid signed lease. If the licence cannot be confirmed for a longer period, it stops.

6What you must not do

You may not:

  • share, lend, rent, resell or sublicense your licence, or publish your licence key;
  • use one licence on more than one device at a time;
  • modify, decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • bypass, patch, emulate or otherwise tamper with the licence check;
  • attack, overload or probe our licence server;
  • pass the software off as your own or redistribute it in any form.

7What happens if you break these rules

If you breach section 6, we revoke and delete your licence with immediate effect. Any remaining licence period is forfeited and no refund is given.

We may do this without prior warning where the breach is clear — in particular where a licence is shared, resold, or where the licence check has been tampered with. Where the breach is minor and can be put right, we will normally ask you to fix it first.

Deleting a licence does not affect any further claims we may have against you.

8Prices and payment

All prices are stated in US dollars and are one-off payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Payment is handled by our resale partner Sell.app. Their terms apply to the payment itself. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Once payment is confirmed, the licence is delivered digitally.

9Right of withdrawal

The software is digital content delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal — but that right lapses as soon as delivery begins, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give that agreement when you complete the purchase.

Outside that, licences are not refundable once delivered. If the software does not work on your system, contact us on Discord before asking for a refund — most problems are configuration issues we can solve.

10Availability and support

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The software recognises the game by image matching, so a game update can change the interface and break detection until we ship an update.

Support runs through our Discord server. We aim to answer, but we do not promise a fixed response time.

11Your responsibility for your game account

Automating a game can violate the game provider’s terms of service and may lead to your account being suspended or banned. You use the software at your own risk and are solely responsible for your game account.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Supercell in any way. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

For slight negligence we are liable only where an obligation essential to the contract has been breached, and then only up to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract. Beyond that, our liability is excluded.

We are not liable for banned or restricted game accounts, for lost in-game progress or resources, or for damage caused by the emulator or by the game itself.

13Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future purchases. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Substantial changes affecting running licences will be announced on our Discord server.

14Applicable law and severability

The law of [COUNTRY] applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
