Help with the app

Start with the setup guide. If you still need help, describe the action that failed and include your BlackSwipe version, LDPlayer version and the error message. Diagnostic exports can help with troubleshooting, but review their contents before sharing them. Never post license keys, passwords or payment details in a public channel.

Help with a purchase

Payments and order delivery are handled by Sell.app. Keep your order confirmation and use the delivered key on the buyer download page. If a completed purchase cannot be verified, explain the issue privately to support and provide your order reference when requested. Do not send a new payment just because a download or confirmation is delayed.

Before you contact support

Check the project information, terms and privacy information for product scope and data handling. Discord is a separate service and opens outside this website. This page does not collect your message or create a support ticket automatically.
